Success in life is created through a process. It starts with a clear destination and an understanding of where you are.  In this video Chris Yonker uses the analogy of creating driving directions to that of achieving goals in different areas of your life.

    Working on a weightloss goal. Short term (2 weeks) and a yearly goal. Both exercise and diet are being tracked.

    Writing down your goals and creating a plan to achieve them is the best way I’ve found to get what I want in life. Anything else, to me, seems like the “Spray and Pray” method – results are never well thought out and getting to the finish line is blind luck at best.
